im mum to 5 kids , a christian family from east coast of england , 3 of my children have autism ADHD ,etc ( well it comes with so much else lol ) i love my kids my God my life , adore cooking and am a happy person i love life !
My favorite things to cook
brownies !!!!!! yuuma yumma yumma :-P bread pasta cakes cookis and biscuits , CUPCAKES !! chicken , anything i can get the kids to eat if a magnificent triumph lol ill cook anything tbh
My favorite family cooking traditions
country pudding with strawberries - recipe to follow when i work out how to lol ermm pasta galore with anything you can chuck in it i like to say im a bucket cook lol if it lloks goos chuck it in - love christmas baking its all part of it for us

My daughter and I made these (4 of them ) for Christmas presents for kids cousins as I needed a cheap but nice gift ....these fitted the bill perfectly I have lovely pics of mine but nit sure if I can share on here somehow ? LOL they went down real well !

Mary's Cheesecake
i love this chhesecake it made one small 7 inch and a huge 10 inch too which is in my freezer awaiting my lovely bf returning from 3 moths away hes gonna get a lovely treat with this ! i made up a topping with crushed strawberries icing sugar ( think u call it confectioners lol) ? and some sprigs of mint was awesome !!!
