Nacho Cheese Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
Gets the job done, but really salty and not like the cheese sauce I was hoping for. Will use this again until I can find something better tho, as we always have cheese slices on hand.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
Excellent! Made this many times and just now rating it. When I don't want to waste too much beer I use half chicken stock or even water and it still comes out great. Have also forgot to add the butter a couple times and still was great. Thanks!

Manicotti Alla Romana

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
I make this exactly as directed and LOVE it. No need to be too careful with not breaking the shells, just stuff them as best you can. I also just add any remaining filling around the stuffed shells and it cooks great. Restaurant quality, and a keeper for sure! I would love if you could message me with any other of your catering recipes, as this was delicious. Thanks!

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
The bread you use is key, also the au jus. We buy a long loaf of french bread to use when we make these, and we also use 'Johnny's Au Jus' mix which makes these taste restaurant quality. Have made these MANY times.

Not sure how this has so many rave reviews. Watery, bland and nothing special. Won't be making this again.

Got many compliments and has a very strong flavor. A little more watery than I prefer, but great flavor.

Sweet Potato Pie I

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
This was AMAZING! Perfect amount of spice and sweetness. I used 1/2 white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar and added 2T of flour during the mixing stage to help thicken. We had to bake this closer to 70-75 mins for it to be completely done. MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE "STRINGS" WHEN MIXING! -Your mixer should capture most of the stringy bits. Make sure you remove them for much tastier results. :) Thanks for a great recipe!!

Awesome! I actually dumped the yogurt and everything in the pan and cooked it rather than grilling. Still turned out great.

I really liked this! Spongy & creamy delicious. It weighs a lot, so consider this when choosing the container you use to prepare it. Would totally make this again.

Grandma's Rice

This was good, but could've used a bit more flavor. I didnt see a huge difference in the taste of this and a store bought rice-in-a-box product.
