Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2004
Excellent flavor, but the "construction" of the dish is off. I'm not sure how to improve on that, but I believe it can be done.

Blue Cheese Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2004
This was very well received at a wine tasting party we attended. I added parsley to the top to brighten it up a bit and in the future I would only use the Cheese Nips as a crust on the bottom, not the sides. I would press parsley into the sides instead, since it's not the most attractive dish.

Powerful and perfect. I'm not a fan of tequila, but these are tasty margaritas. They were a big hit!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2004
Very good cookies and easy to make (I hate to bake). I didn't give five stars because they weren't exceptional like my sister-in-laws Snickerdoodles.

Pan Pierogies

Beyond EXCELLENT! I made the recipe with a bit more potatoes and it turned out just perfect. I've been telling all my friends about it and they are anxious to try it, too.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2004
Excellent soup! I tweaked it a little though by toasting the bread first, then I added 2 tblsp of Worcestershire sauce, a bay leaf, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp brown sugar, a splash of browning sauce and a splash of red wine.

Red Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2004
Really great, I added a full can of tomato sauce since I didn't have time to cook it down. I also added some hot sauce, which I shouldn't have because it was spicy and I'm kinda wimpy!
