Steak and Spinach Salad

Great salad, but next time I make it I will use a different cut of beef. Round steak is too tough for this. I even marinated mine first and it was still not quite tender enough.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

The beef turned out very very tender. I would reduce the water to 2 cups though, because the sauce was very watery. I even added extra sour cream to try to thicken it, but that didn't help much. The flavor is very good, especially if you add fresh mushrooms to the crockpot, as well.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Awesome!! Like other reviwers suggested, I did not use a whole bottle of dressing. Also, I would not use the butter when I make this again. There really is no need and it made the pizza greasy and my oven smoky. Despite those two changes this is an incredible recipe that I highly recommend.

Berry Trifle

Wow! This was the overall response when I served this dessert. I couldn't find the praline liquer, but the clerk at the liquor store recommended a mocha caramel liquer instead. It turned out great. As a matter of fact, I only had one bite, because it went so quickly.

Veggie Lasagna

Perfect alternative to traditional lasagna. My husband does not care for red sauce, so this was a great recipe for him. I didn't add the corn, but instead substituted a 10 oz. pkg. of spinach. It just did'nt feel right to add corn and the spinach was a perfect match.

Blue Cheese Cake

This was very well received at a wine tasting party we attended. I added parsley to the top to brighten it up a bit and in the future I would only use the Cheese Nips as a crust on the bottom, not the sides. I would press parsley into the sides instead, since it's not the most attractive dish.
