Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Super moist. I agree with a previous reviewer that mashing the bananas is better...unless you don't mind biting into big chunks of slimy banana. (I just made this for my German guy...in Germany. It survived substituting baking powder for baking soda...by doubling the powder and omitting the salt. It also survived his picky German palate! His conclusion..."This is cake and...it is good!)

Quick Chicken Stew
Some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top gave it that extra half star!

Oma's Rhubarb Cake
