About this Cook
I just started cooking when I met my Boyfriend a year ago. Before that , I sometimes cooked for myself..but lost interest after a month of two.
My favorite things to cook
Marinated chicken! It's my sepcialty and a very easy go-to dish!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandmother's crandberry sauce, my mother's meatloaf and pot roast and the second pork chop always being eaten with your hands!
My cooking triumphs
Chicken wings for a fourth of july party. They were tender, flavorful and everyone RAVED about them!
My cooking tragedies
corned beef for St. Patrick's day....its taseted like ash! How do you mess up a slow cooker recipe?! ALso, I can;t figure out how to light the grill in my apartment bulding!!

Easy Homemade Chili
Incredibly quick and very tasty. My boyfriend and I love Prego so I used that for the base. I had enough leftover for TWO days of lunches. I will defiantly be making this again!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is my boyfriend's favorite food, and I surprised him with it. it was a HUGE hit! I did add an extra can of tomato soup to make the recipe go a bit further and it helped thicken it up too. brava!
