Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2009
Another winner! I had six fillets I wanted to cook, so I used this recipe and Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa also from this site. I did three fillets under each recipe and had them side by side. The cheese spread for this was very tasty. I should have left it longer under the broiler to brown it and get kind of a crust on the fish. I don't like fish, but this makes it actually taste good!! Nice job Phoebe!

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2009
Absolutely fantastic! I can't begin to tell you what a hit this was. I don't like fish, but this really was the best combination of flavors in my mouth. I didn't grill the fish (live in Minnesota) so I put the fish under the broiler 3-4 minutes per side. The mango salsa is what makes this dish. The combination of sweet and hot and peppery was out of this world. If you're having fish tonight, this is a must!! Thanks for posting Witzken!!

Made this last night. I used a can of Cream of Chicken and a can of Cream of Cheddar soup with a cup of milk. All I had was Angel Hair pasta, and I made the whole box(way too much pasta!). Nice comfort food, thanks for posting Ann.

Use this every year at Thanksgiving. My family does a brunch, and this is gone every year! Don't really care for thr maple sausage, so I just use regular breakfast sausage.

I did this for a thanksgiving brunch one year. Keep an eye on the lobster, don't over cook it. I used a 4lb rib eye roast. There was nothing left by the end of the meal! Thanks Mike.

Meatball Potato Supper

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This was really good. Like the others, I nuked my potatoes for 4 minutes and baked the meatballs. I also added cheddar cheese soup instead of cream of celery and a can of green beans. You can really do anything you like to this one. Baked the whole thing at 400 for 35minutes. Thanks Sonya!

Shrimp Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
This was the first time I tried making fried rice. Because I was nervous, I made a few changes. I scrambled the egg in a separate pan and added it at the end. Also, I diced up two bone in pork chops and fried that for the meat. Like others, I used a package of frozen peas and carrots, cooked them as per the package and dumped them in at the end as well. I started with three cups of uncooked long grain white rice and it made a ton! The best part of this whole recipes is that there was nothing left over at my house! This one made it into the rotation!
