Asian Sugar Snap Pea Appetizer

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
The heat and spice and the salty flavors make this side BANGING! I ate almost all of them!

Sweet Rice and Mango

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
People went insane, myself included, over this recipe! I wanted something that "felt like the very first time" I had Mango Sticky Rice and Thai food. This delivers! Thanks! Side note, MAKE SURE you get CREAM of coconut, it is different. I say this because I almost bought coconut milk and the man at my Asian American supermarket explained that they were different.

Stir-Fried Mushrooms with Baby Corn

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
Right away I knew I wanted to make these because they feature my husband's favorite: baby corn. This recipe is so easy, and tastes like you just got it at the corner mom & pop Chinese joint. So quick, easy and economical, thanks for sharing, we will make this again!

Spring Asparagus Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
Everyone loved this and the crunchy cold asparagus was a nice change from a green bean or broocoli salad. I will be making again! Thanks for sharing!

Vegetable Tom Yum Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
Loved this recipe, followed it exactly until the end. I added bean curd noodles to the soup. I was unsure about eating the lemon grass and galangal as they were both still very chewy after cooking for the listed time. Please add a few more details regarding those 2 items. Thanks for the recipe I will be making this one again for sure!

Quinoa Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2014
Love this recipe and we eat it often. The first time I followed exactly. You can reduce cheese and fried onions slightly to take away some of the calories. Also, make sure you WASH your quinoa throughly you don't want to get a gritty bite. Great recipe!

Thai Steamed Mussels

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2014
I followed this recipe exactly, because I like to see what the original is suposed to taste like first. For me the Thai influence was unexpected but my husband and I loved it. Next time I will omit or lessen the fish sauce. I still rated a 5 because I think that is due to my personal tastes and not indicative of any fault in the recipe. Great Job!

Beet Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2014
This soup was creamy and delightful. Great mouth feel! I will caution those who do not care for beets, you still taste them on the finish, however to me the marriage of the cream and pureed beet enhances that true iron flavor.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Wraps

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
These were good, and I think an interesting take on boring sandwiches for lunch daily. Next time I will make sure the chipotle peppers are minced finely so that I don't get too much in one bite.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
This recipe is delish! All the guys request for football games, I am lazy though and just throw all ingredients into a ceramic baker, so I have less dishes, and bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ultimate Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
Very good and I love that everything cooks in one pot. Next time I will add bacon or ham because I think it needed a little salty on top. Very good recipe overall, will definitely make again.
