Discovering that adding PB to Marshmallow Fluff and eating it with a spoon tastes like PB mouse.
My cooking tragedies
I burn rice every. single. time. RiceCooker ya. From what I remember: I tried to make Jello ONCE when I was in high school. I put things in at the wrong time, (temporarily) stained the white counter red, melted a plastic container on the stove burner...at the time I counted 6 things I did wrong. I never tried again.

Baked Kale Chips
Baking seems to enhance the kale flavor :( i also made mine a bit too salty which didnt help. Oh well i really thought I would like these. I like kale in soup.

Best Tuna Casserole
No onion (not a fan) and froz green beans instead of peas. My thing is I prefer to cheese the top and put the potato chips on top near the end of cooking. I also add black pepper and Lousisiana Hot Sauce for my personal zip.
