Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
A friend and I followed this recipe almost exactly (we doubled the green onion because we love them) and it was SO good! We were a bit skeptical about the coleslaw dressing but it added a wonderful touch of sweetness to the ingredients. The salad was even better the 2nd day so I'd recommend making it the night before if possible to allow the flavors to meld together... YUMMY! Thanks for sharing!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
These were really good! The only changes I made to the recipe were to add more PB because we are PB nuts and then I had to add a bit more flour to the mix. I took these to work and everyone just raved about them! Thanks for sharing!

Zucchini with Salsa

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This was a great recipe! Very easy to do on the grill or in the oven... I tried both ways. The jalapenos don't add much heat so those who may be wary due to the peppers can make it without worry! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Would be great with the addition of yellow squash as well.

Garbage Plate Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
This was pretty good. All the spices were a bit different with the beef but still good. I have never had a "garbage plate" so I had to google it to see what to make with it. I chose to do home fries, cheeseburgers and macaroni salad. Adding ketchup and mustard were the final touch.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
A wonderful cheesecake! Everyone loved it! Needs a bit more chocolate flavor but otherwise it's perfect. I used 1/2 cup of Bailey's and it was just right for all of us. Thanks for sharing the wonderful recipe!

Luscious Four-Layer PHILLY Pumpkin Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
A friend of mine brought this to me for my birthday! I had to have the recipe because it was SO good... glad I found it on here! It is just amazing to say the least. Not to mention it has to be fairly easy since my friend is not a fan of baking but she made this flawlessly! YUM!

Soda Cracker Candy

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
Very good! I cut the butter and brown sugar to 1 cup. I believe my jelly roll pan holds roughly 36 crackers. Next time I will spray my foil generously as it was a bit difficult to remove the foil from some parts of the candy.

Cupcake Graveyard

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
This was a really fun project for my son and I. I used Halloween Oreos for the dirt and added gummy worms and a spider to the mound. I used the fudge graham cookies for the tombstones and Wilton Buttercream Icing for the grass and lettering. After I lettered each cookie I placed them in the freezer to harden until I was ready to place them (overnight). I think this helped them stay firm when placed in the cupcakes for an extended period of time.

Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
I love the versatility of Campbell's recipes! You can interchange some of the basic ingredients and still have a great recipe! I didn't have dried egg noodles so I used Rames brand frozen egg noodles. I added some thyme and boiled my egg noodles in chicken broth. So good on a cold winter day!

Amazing! I took several of the other reviewers suggestions and used those the second time I made it. It was gone before most of the other dishes on the buffet! YUM!

Corn and Pea Medley

This was very good and very quick to make! I did use olive oil in place of the butter to saute the onion and I added some garlic to the pan. The family ate it up... will definitely make again!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
These were SO good! I used half of a plastic egg to make the egg shape and placed them in everyone's Easter basket. I also chose to use half crunchy and half creamy PB. I used Ghiradelli melting chocolate (half a package) and 1 cup of milk chocolate chips along with the shortening as I was out of semi-sweet squares. Came out wonderful and the kids loved them! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Southwest Pasta Bake

Pretty darn good! Family didn't like it as much but I thought it was great! I think it was the spinach they didn't like much plus I used whole wheat penne. ;) I did add red, yellow and orange pepper to the meat mixture since I had them on hand. YUM!

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
My hubby just loved these... he couldn't stop eating them! I chose to add a few ingredients from the Sausage Jalapeno Popper recipe on this site. I added 1 lb. cooked sausage to the mixture, omitted the bacon bits, and increased the cream cheese to 2 packages. I baked these at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes then put them under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp them up. I was very grateful for the triple dipping process... it made the coating stick very well! AWESOME appetizer... hubby said he could make a meal out of them with addition of the sausage. Don't forget to wear gloves... I did and paid for it all evening!

Wonderful fudge! So rich and creamy! We don't like really thick pieces so I poured the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan... still made great pieces of fudge! Thank you for sharing!

Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2011
This was a quick and easy weeknight dinner! I chose to cook the chicken prior to assembling the casserole and add a can of black beans. I cooked the chicken on the grill to speed up the oven time. It cut the time to 25 min. We ate it in tortillas with additional salsa and sour cream! Yum!

Best Cherry Pie

The only modifications I did to the Best Cherry Pie recipe were to add lemon juice, cut the sugar a bit and add in a can of dark sweet cherries. Everyone at work loved it!
