My favorite things to cook
Any type of Mexican food, anything spicy, burgers, chicken, very chocolately deserts, cakes, cupcakes, pies, and cookies.
My cooking triumphs
I catered my first wedding and did 250 cupcakes successfully!
My cooking tragedies
I bought a stuff chicken breast with bacon wrapped around it and didn't have a grill to grill it. So, I put it in the broiler. BAD IDEA! The bacon grease caught fire with the broiler and I almost had a full fire in my oven! What a nightmare.
