Picky husband loved it!! Like most people I did do some changing... my husband can taste any type of vinegar from a mile away so I left that out. I doubled the sauce and so glad I did! I used skinless, boneless breasts and lined my baking pan with foil, laid the chicken on that, covered with sauce and then baked till done. I served with rice and steamed veggies. This will be in the monthly rotation - and this would be a great sauce to use for a lot of dishes.
Edit - I now make this sauce every month to keep on hand. I double it, cook it up and put it in a jar. My family eats a lot of stir fry and rice throughout the month and they love this sauce. Keeping some in the fridge makes it easy to use whenever anyone wants some Terriyaki sauce. Much better than store bought!!
