Iv made this twice now, very tasty! I can even get my fussy non-salmon eater to say he really likes this! It's a tinge to sweet for me, I'm gonna try and add a bit more mustard next time. I also just bake this, 5 mins at 375, flip over, slather with sauce and throw it back in for 5 minutes.

Chicken Fiesta Salad

Very tasty. I added a squeeze of lime to the bean and corn mix, just to freshen up the canned products. I also skiped the salsa ( because I forgot--oops) but I did add a little tomatillo taco sauce to some ranch to the top. Will make again! Next time I want to add some cilantro and perhaps some rice? Nice recipe to play with to fit what you like.

Root Beer Pork Chops

So good!!! I was a little leary with the sauce the first time I tasted it, but once it reduced it was great!! I also used Franks hot sauce-its all we had. Will for sure make again!! We even used cheapy chops and off brand root beer! Thanks for the wonderful recipe Ken!

Breakfast Sausage

Love this recipe! I do not buy sausage anymore. I have only used ground turkey in the recpie, to make it healthier. Can not say enough about this sausage. A must try! Thank you for the recipe Lee!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Soooo good! I have never had an Asian wrap before so I don't have anything to compare to. I had made rice for a side dish but we ended up putting the rice in the wrap, and said we would not eat them with out the rice in the wrap. Very good and very easy tho!

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

Very tasty! will make agian!! I would not marinate it for more then an hour tho. I marinated for 3 hours and the lemon/vinegar started to cook my chicken.

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

Everyone like this! I followed the directions on the pudding for how much milk to add ( the pie recipe) I could not find white chocolate pudding so I just used chocolate, not as pretty of a presentation, but it worked.

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

Very good! I made this in a hurry and probably only marinated it for 20 minutes. Wished I could have done it for the whole 30. I also grilled them on my George Forman because it's cold here and didnt wanna get my butt in the cold weather.

No-Guilt Zesty Ranch Dip

I made this for a pot luck. Most people seemed to like this. I did not care for it a whole lot. I didnt really get a "ranch" flavor. Probably wont be making this agin.

Terrific Turkey Chili

Sarah's Applesauce

This is pretty good, next time I will cut the sugar back a little. Not that it was to sweet, just its a lot of unneeded sugar. Also, probably cut the cinnamon in half. I doubled the recipe and it did not make very much. So I would deffintaly start with atleast doubling it!

Guacamole

This is an awsome guacamole recipe! Perfect ratios. The cayenne is my "secret" ingredient, it dosent give the guac any spice just gives it that extra something.
