Blueberry French Toast

I was in a pinch and needed to substitute the cream cheese with Ricotta. Hopefully the guests didnt mind the gritty texture.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

DE-licious! I used Andes Mint Chips. Mine came out flat and I love thick cake like cookies. I added some salt, maybe not enough. Does anyone have suggestions for making them thicker? More flour? Aside from that I loved them.

Asian Pork Tenderloin

I needed a recipe for an asian chuck roast but couldn't find one. So I used the recipe as my guide and it worked out fabulously. After browning the roast in a saute pan, I placed it in my crockpot with the marinade sauce, plus 1 can of COKE, for 3-4 on low. Now, i will have to try this one. I love the sesame oil:)

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

We made this recipe for a homeless shelter our church serves. We are able to use our own recipes, or the one provided for by the church. I didn't have my own or the church recipe, so allrecipes.com saved me. Needless to say, my recipe was different then all the other pans of tator tot hotdish. I added about 1 cup of cheddar/jack cheese right before adding the french fried onions. All the volunteers loved the dish. Men in the shelter were coming back for more specifically asking for the one with the cheese.
