Banana Banana Bread
excellent bread! rises really well but need to make sure that it is cooked on top - usually takes full 60 - 70 minutes in the oven.

Molasses Sugar Cookies
excellent recipe! I sub'd butter for the shortening and they were delicious. my yield was 8 doz.

Baked Ham
VERY EASY!! I doubled the brown sugar and added about 3 Tbsp of dry mustard to it. since most of the sugar fell off into the drippings/water it wasn't too sweet. i saved the drippings and made soup stock from it - it was amazing!!
