Pumpkin Puree

Fine method. Our 7lbs pumpkin took 2 1/2 hours at this temperature. I guess the 60 min suggestions would be for a 2-3lbs sugar pie. :) Simple and easy, you'll have to eyeball the progress of your fruit every 30 min or so.

Indian Eggplant - Bhurtha

Amazing! Eggplant is something I stay away from at the super market because I haven't found an easy enough way to cook it. With this recipe, a brief broil and peel makes this dish a keeper. The seasonings can be tweaked a bit for flair and heat. Enjoy!

Sourdough Drop Biscuits

I couldn't get these to brown even the slightest without cooking for another 5 minutes. I'm a fan of larger biscuits so I only yielded 8 from the recipe as is. Good base though to add your spin!

Thanksgiving Meatloaf

Followed directions but couldn't get center to brown. Meat thermometer read above 190F so I enjoyed with a bit of hesitation. Flavor was good.

Meatless Stuffed Peppers

This recipe was pretty bland... I had high hopes with the visual of the stuffing pre-baked, but nothing exciting once roasted. 2 stars because is wasn't BAD, just needs inspiration.

Thirty Minute Chili

Solid Chili. I would actually KEEP and cook with the packing water from both the kidney beans and tomatoes as this will prevent the dish from becoming too dry when using lean meats.
