Made these last night (except the jalapeno) and they were super delicious! Will definitely add this to my rotation. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful burger with us Patrick.

Dad's Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2015
I was a bit disappointed in the taste. I like a little bit more spice and won't put cheese in the middle if I make it again. When I sliced it the cheese just melted out onto the plate, lol.

Squash and Zucchini Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2012
I make this as well except I don't add cheese until after it's out of the oven. It is watery because of the veggies, just drain water off, top with your choice of cheese, I use velveeta because it's creamier. Take back to oven until cheese is melted.

Peach Cobbler

This is so quick and easy and tastes great. I added some cinnamon to the sugar on top. Might want to cut down on some of the butter but delicious!

Grandma's Popovers

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
This is just like Yorkshire Pudding to me...instead of greasing the muffin pan, my mom used to use a touch of oil, bacon grease, or the fat from the roast beef she had just prepared and then heat up the pan in the oven, take it out, add the batter and bake again, delicious British bread to accompany Lamb or Beef roast

Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I don't use fajita seasoning. I use worcesteshire sauce n a little Liquid Smoke to marinate the chicken breasts. Marinate the chicken for about an hour or two, then grill it, dice it up, put in on a very large flour tortilla with shredded cheese, whatever kind you like, (you can also add sauted onions, bell peppers, fresh chopped garlic and mushrooms without any liquid so the tortillas don't get soggy. Fold it in half, spread top w/butter and pan fry it like a grilled cheese sandwich, then slice it into four pieces...serve w/salsa, sour cream, guacamole...YUMMY

Jalapeno Poppers II

ALERT!!! To help keep the burn off your hands and in your throat from the fumes...while cleaning the peppers, use plastic gloves and clean them under water. It is a life saver, trust me, good luck...countrygirl, :o)

This cake is over the top! I get into big trouble at work if I don't bring this on pot-luck day, lol. My kids devour it as soon as I get it out of the pan, thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Granny's Swiss Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2009
It was okay, however, way too much ketchup, it tasted like meat with ketchup smothered all over it, my kids liked it but the adults were VERY disappointed.

Brined and Roasted Whole Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
Absolutely fantastic! This year's turkey was SO moist and delicious. I've done this with chicken tenders before I deep fry them but never thought about doing it with a whole turkey. It was wonderful and I won't roast my turkeys without brining them first. I also took some advise from a member who submitted a recipe that called for roasting the turkey upside down to keep the breast meat from drying out and it works beautifully.

Flash-In-The-Pan Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
This is a very tasty and quick dish to make and my family went crazy over it. I left out the snow peas as I didn't have any on hand and used green and red bell pepper for color and it was a huge hit. Will definitely serve this again and again.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
Our family prefers chicken over beef and it is tough finding different recipes when you serve it as much as we do. This recipe was a HUGE hit and is now on our list of favorites that will be served over and over again. We served it with a tossed salad and crispy toasted garlic bread...yummy!!!
