Campbell's Kitchen Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
m.m.marvelous! Even though i made a few subs this is the best base for tuna casserole I've found. I sauteed mushrooms, celery and a small amt of minced garlic and added a dash of dijon mustard. I didnt have peas or pimento so subbed shelled edemame. This tastes like Gourmet tuna casserole. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
I love cooking, but have always been shy of making cinnamon rolls because they seemed so tricky--but not this recipe. These were so easy! The family raved! A definite keeper. I made the night before and baked in the morning. What a great breakfast to start the school/work day. Thank you for this recipe.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2011
Wow! This is fantastic. Loved the flavor! So juicy! We love this chicken. Looking forward to another meal soon with the leftovers. Ours (and this may be my oven) took about 20 minutes longer to cook, so next time I might try it at 375 for the same amount of time. Thank you.

Marinated Pork Loin

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
Fantastic! The house smelled so good while I was simmering the sauce, that I got compliments before I even started. I put these on the grill and they were done in about 13 minutes. The only change I made was using soy instead of Worcestershire sauce.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
Possibly the best banana bread I've had-next to my mom's. This came together easily. I used just under 2 1/3 cup banana-probably 5+ total- and added cinnamon and nutmeg to the dry ingredients. I also added mini chocolate chips. Yummy!

Garlic-Mushroom Rib Eyes

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
Loved this dish. Easy to make, in record time, with great flavor from the mushrooms. We used portabellas, sliced. I added the garlic back in with the beef broth. It did take 7-9 min per side to cook the ribeyes.

Dark Molten Chocolate Cakes

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
YUM!! These are every bit as good as the high dollar restaurant dessert we had the other night..They came out perfect with minimal work. I did use ground instant coffee in place of the espresso and I added about 1 tsp of vanilla. These are to die for!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
WOW! these were a huge hit with my family of 6...even the kids thought they were fantastic. I didn't have croutons, but had bread crumbs, so I seasoned them and added to mixture. As someone else mentioned, added the oil + about 1 tsp butter to mixture also. Baked 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, and added to my marinara sauce. Made them into the best meatball sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks for a great recipe.
