Quick Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2013
Amazingly easy and so yummy! I just wish it had more of a banana flavor to it but it didn't take long to disappear in this house. I made this again and added a extra banana and did not hurt it at all.

This was fabulous! I have even tried it without the liquor and was good as well with a few marshmallows for the kids. I know this is going to be a staple in this household!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2013
I love these Kabobs! I could have dipped my veggies in meat in it without marinating them! I will be making this again with rice next time.

Orange Juice Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2013
This was fantastic! I made this twice and the second time I made a few tweeks.... Both was worthy of 5 stars so don't get me wrong here... The second time with the tweeks... First - I added 1 TBS diced jalapeno to the mix. Second - I made a extra amount of sauce and marinated the chicken in it for 4 hours before cooking. To us this really helped bring the flavors together. Finally - I used cornstarch instead of flour in the final making of the sauce.

Healthy Banana Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2014
I halved the batter and made half original and made half with peanut butter instead of dates. They was really good but the peanut butter ones went faster then the one with dates.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2010
Great meatloaf, my boyfriend loves meatloaf but myself have never been much on them till now! I cut the sugar in half and that was plenty sweet for us. I also put the ketchup on top. ~UPDATE 10/23~ As great as this meatloaf was on it's own it. I made a couple changes I was out of saltines so I used club crackers. still used half the sugar I also used Johnsonville four cheese Italian sausage! Delish and the BF has already asked for it again!

Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2013
We LOVED this! I made as directed except for the veggies. We had green beans for thanksgiving with onion and bacon So I used that instead of the mixed veggies. My boyfriend even suggested that we make that again without waiting for Thanksgiving next year.

Cereal Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
Only problem I had with these is it says bring to a boil. I went with a to long of a boil I guess cause they came out harder then chewy. These was still good an I barely had time to steal a couple for the picture. The only thing was I wish it had more coating and was chewy. Next time I plan on doubling the sauce an not cooking it as long make them a bit chewier.

Caramel Corn Treat Bags

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
The was AMAZING! One problem was keeping it crunchy. Will be trying out different methods of storing it to solve this problem. I was so glad my first time trying to make this turned out so good. I did spread the popcorn out on parchment paper instead of the sprayed foil. I also decreased the amount of popcorn as I saw I was running out of caramel to make sure it coated really well.
