Very Good.. The only thing I changed was leaving out the tomato's since I did not have them on hand. It will be a regular dish in my house from now on. I also didn't have issues with it being salty. you might try making sure you have fresh soy.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very light an fluffy they almost melt in your mouth. They have been a hit with friends an family whenever I bake them. Best of all when I give out the recipe they are so surprised that is has pudding in them. A Must try for any cookie lover.

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

These was really good in flavor but sadly i could not give it 5 stars because the frozen strawberries basicly disapeared while cooking :( I followed everything to the letter and it did not rise at all the parts without berries in it was very dense and was really hopin for a light fluffy muffin. not to mention the holes from where the berries was not happy but will try it again with fresh berries an hope for the best beacause i loved the flavor!!

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

Turned out very good my hubby was so pleased he asked to have it like that again...we even added a few shrimp at the end after taking out the clams. then put them all together an drizzled with remaining sauce Sooo YUMMy!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Great meatloaf, my husband love meatloafs but myself have never been much on them till now! next time i will cut the sugar back some since it was a little to sweet for but thats about all i would change.

Cream Cheese Squares

These are great so worth 5 stars!! I made them last night and hubby ate them for breakfast. He asked for them again for his early morning fishing trip :) I hope the other guys will like them as much as he did.

Creamy Lemon Squares

great flavor,got rave reviews at the picnic. only thing is the crust was hard I was hopping for a more flakey crust.next time i will try to cut back the flourand see if that helps. I increased the waffers and it was much better.

Confetti Spaghetti

I made one sub. i used a can of tomato soup instead of the sauce.it tasted much better this way,i also left out the bell pepper due to hubby not able to eat them.

Grandpa's Popcorn Balls

these are very good!! i made them at halloween for the kids party. everyone loved them but i did not go all the way to the hard crack stage i went just below it and they turned out great it was more chewy than crunchy. i am going to try the crunchy ones as well.

this was a great recipe alot of people loved them but they said there was to much of a butterscotch taste so for my next batch i divided the butterscotch chip in half and for the other half used white chocolate chips they were great i make them every weekend for the kids in.

These are very good they are light and airy cake type cookie they are not real sweet like some they have great flavor! now i sit listen to my ocean cd with a plate full and a large glass of milk and relaxe thinking back when i use to get these as a after school snack so many yrs ago!!!!!
