Very very good! I reversed order on the prep., I fried the bacon, next then fried the onions, and finally the chicken, so the chicken is still hot. Using the same cast iron skillet I plied the bacon on then the onions and cheese and popped it into a hot oven to melt the cheese. Excellent, moist and so flavorful. I also did a quick one hour marinade of lemon juice, oil with my mix of herbs which of course includes garlic and some hot pepper grind and drained before frying.
