Spicy Italian Sausage and Lentil Casserole

We all enjoyed this, even my 8 year old ate it no questions asked. It wasn't very visually appealing so I sprinkled some parm on the top of our bowl and it looked a lot better.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

Love it! Can't believe I made it so quickly and that it was soooo good. I halved the recipe in my head and miscalculated the brown sugar by adding 2 extra T's but it was still really really great! Thanks for the great recipe Al!

Pork Medallions with Balsamic Caper Glaze

Wonderful and easy to make. Even my 7 year old eats this (except for the capers for some reason). I have used a couple different types of infused balsamic vinegars' and it is always great.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

We really liked this on the grill. We boiled the extra sauce and it worked out great! We get the 2 pack tenderloins which each have 2 loins in each pack. I make 2 bags of marinade out of this recipe and put 1 loin in each one. One goes in the freezer for another day after marinating in the fridge till supper time. Then thaw over night before grilling.
