Meatball Soup

Good basic base - I used 1 8oz tomato sauce and 1 10 oz tomato puree - The thickened up the broth with 2 cups of macaroni instead of one - I also added a couple of radishes and a few more cloves of garlic and a 3rd bullion - Its a about how you like it to taste - Now what I like about this soup is once my husband eats all the meat balls out of it, I can fry up some hamburger meat or ground pork and add to it- Then there is a different meal - I also like to add croutons on top with the parm cheese - There is just 2 of us and it goes far

I really am giving this 4 1/2 stars only because of the changes I made - I diced up an onion and added to the meat when I cooked the meat - Used venison - I added a small can of mild green chile to my liquid, used and I also added some accent - Meat came out wonderful! - To my buns I put a slice of American cheese on one half and ketchup on the other - I was really worried my husband would not eat it because of the chile and mustard - But he loved it and came back for a 2nd one

Country Fried Steaks with Sweet Onion Gravy

I am giving this five stars because of the review my husband gave it - I personally would give it four stars only because such a sweet gravy is not for me - Don't doubt the large amount of onions you slice, they will cook down and turn out ok

I am giving this 5 stars because my husband ate it and did not question it although was something new him. My youngest son asked me how to make it for his girlfriend. It is a good recipe to make and have as leftovers for other meals throughout the week

I am giving this a 5 because its is so simple - I would suggest seasoning the meat some when it is browning in addition to the recipe - I will do so much more with it next time (and there will be a next time) - My husband approved it - We added chopped onions when served

Chicken Salad

Yeah Buddy - This is good stuff! I was so hard for me not not add a little of this and that, but I made it exactly like the recipe said and it is great. Now I am waiting for the Bread Machine Garlic Bread to be done and supper will be ready! However, I have one change. I personally think the chestnuts are not needed. So I will leave them out next time:-)

This is a great recipe for this type of pork - I cooked the first 2 hours at 300 Degrees coved and then uncovered for 45 min at 400 - Loved the lemons that was a nice touch
