Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2011
Any dish that has cheese in that my cheese hating dad goes back for seconds on is worth at least 4 stars. I didn't have 2 cups of cheddar so I used about 3/4 a cup of mozzeralla to make the 2 cups of cheese. Was a super simple week day meal and everyone loved it. Serve with a salad for a bit less guilt. I think next time I make it I will add some broccolli to it

Chicken with Bouillon

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
I like it but I was the only one that seemed to. Everyone else complained it was too salty and when I tried making it with less bouilion it had no taste.

Chicago Dip

Too much of a mayo taste. I'm sure I can fix it and make it good but not worth the energy

Scalloped Potatoes and Hamburger

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
It takes about 15 minutes longer for the taters to be as cooked as we like. Also a little bland. We will try adding some garlic and maybe some green beans or corn

Bubble Pizza

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
Super simple to make and really yumy. I think I will make this again but without the pepperoni as it added a lot of grease and not much to the actual dish.

Campbell's Kitchen Honey-Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
This was really good. I have made mustard chicken with a bunch of different recipes and I liked this one alot because it didn't seems as acidy as the others. I made exactly as stated except I added maybe a Tablespoon more of mayo, most because I didn't want to put that little bit back in the fridge. I also didn't cover when I added the sauce, I cook in cast iron pots and most don'thave lids.

Taco Casserole

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
The cheese bacho crust of top was almost uneat able. The meat mixture it self was tastless. Would have had to add at least three taco packs to give it a kick. Won't even bother messing with it.

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
Do spring for the hot house cucumber for this recipe. The lack of seeds is nice. Also don't skimp on the cream cheese mixture on the bread. Do lightly toast the french bread. It was supper yummy by following these simple things

Pittsburgh Ham Barbecue Sandwich

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
Mom is from pittsburgh and she said they were on the money. As for me who didn't come from pittsburgh it was lacking. I'm not sure how to make it better but will keep messing with it as it made mom happy. Only change was the sauce was really runny so we added another pound of ham to it

Hamburger Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
Was okay. Had the potentional to be amazing though. You really need to add some type of seasoning to the potateo part. IT was really bland and flet out of place with the filling. I made as direction stated other then omitting the onion because my daughter doesn't care for them

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Had a different taste. Was really moist. Not my favorite way to make pork but I will keep it on hand for a fast prep meal.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
A nice comfort food. The tastes all kind of meld together and form an amazing yummy dish. I would recommended add a bit of chicken stock if you put anyway for leftovers. When I went to reheat it was sort of like glue in the container and really dry when heated.

Maple Praline Bacon

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
If you are looking for an unusal sweet treat you are right on the money. My daughter begged me to make this and it wasn't bad. We didn't add the nuts as she isn't a fan but otherwise followed direction exactly. The bacon does need to be crispy. I baked mine in the oven and it came out crispy and solid for dipping in the sauce. I hade a bit of extra caremel but my daughter just put it on her french toast.

Chicken-Noodle Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
Was easy to make and I followed the directions exactly. It wasn't bad but really nothing special. It was a very creamy chicken noodle thing. If it wasn't for the brocolli I added I doubt my picky daughter would have ate her supper

Baked French Swirl Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
Will try again but the center was sort of soft even after baking it for ten minutes more then the recipe said. I think maybe less eggs or at least an hour to bake might help. Other then being mushy it had a nice taste

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
Normally we eat less crispy bacon but this was a great way to make crispy bacon for cooking. I suggest cutting the bacon in half just so it is easier to work with.
