Stuffed Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2013
OMG. This were out of this world amazing. I loved them. Difference for next time would only be to make my dip the night before and let it meld together better. With the cheese I did split it up and use half cheddar and half blue cheese (had it in the fridge and didn't want it to go bad) they just knocked them out of the park

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2013
This was a very moist easy pork roast. The tastes were very mellow but it went well with the stuffed potatoes. Will probably make again as it is an easy recipe

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
It was super simple for a weeknight dessert. I did use two big cans of peaches and drained the liquid out of one. I also forgot to add the cinnamon in the process of trying to cook dinner. All in all it turned out nice and the only thing it was missing was a nice scoop of ice cream

Triple Bypasses

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2013
These were total boy food and the boys in my life loved them. I had one and struggled to finish it but they wolfed them down. I did have to add a bit of bread crumb to my meat since it seemed a bit loose but otherwise will be making again, whether I want to or not. I cooked mine on my George foreman grill and then dipped in BBQ sauce and put under the broiler for about 5 minutes, flipping once half way through that and they were cooked perfectly and the sauce sort of stuck and caramelized on them.

Scrumptious Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This was really simple and still had big flavors. Only change I made was using shredded cheddar instead of a slice, mostly cause it was what I had on hand. I think I will add a bit more butter to the top next time or mix the stuff with a bit first as some parts were still very crumbly and hard

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This was a really simple recipe that got a lot of nice reviews from my family. Even as a leftover. It was nice for a quick easy weekday meal. I think to change it up the next time I will use petite diced tomatoes as regular were a bit large and I used mini but will use regular ravioli

San Francisco Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This was really amazing. I did pepper and lightly salt the pork before browning them. They were moist and tender. We really enjoyed the flavor. Only down side is even after 5 minutes my sauce never thickened up like we had hoped. Everything else was done so we just served it anyway. I think next time I will make sure I set aside a little more time so the sauce does thicken up as my hunny thought it would really add to the flavors

Pierogi Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
This recipe is a bit time consuming but we really enjoyed it. Even as a leftover it was pretty good. I didn't do it but know for next time, the whole top must be covered in cheese or the noodle gets rubbery. I think it was decided next time to add the bacon, onion mix and than cheese and skip the top noodle. I will be making this again and just working on execution. The sour cream on the top is what my hunny said brought the whole dish together for him.

Pumpkin French Toast Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2013
I was so excited to try this for breakfast and it was just one headache after another. First it took me five stores to find the heavy texas toast. Then when I made it I was so disappointed. The flavors didn't come together well wasn't very pumpkiney. Just all together fell flat for me.

The taste was different. Like super rich. We didn't care for it much but it was good and the direction and recipe are solid

Chocolate Banana French Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2013
The taste was nice but not very chocolatey. The banana sort of blocked out it out. Was good anyway and will probably make again

Juicy Lucy Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
The taste was good. The cook time seemed a bit off and then I turned around and I had a blow out. Make sure you really seal the edges well

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2013
Made as stated above however I did double the sauce as a lot of people said there just wasn't enough and I cut the chicken in to pieces instead of strips just to make it easier to eat. The sauce never really tightened up in the pan but as it sit it did. My hunny was less than impressed with it until I reheated it for a midnight snack with which he ate it all for me. I think if I make again I will make the day before I am serving and just reheat

Italian Peas

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2013
This were simple yet had that extra little something. I cut my onions up in a chopper just so there wouldn't be huge chucks of onion but the onion and garlic really gave an extra level to the peas. Will be making these again soon.

Skinny Fries

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2013
The idea is solid but needs some work. I cooked for 20 minutes and went to flip them and they were already very crispy on one side and almost cooked. I couldn't imagine letting them go another 25 minutes. In total I may have cooked them 30 minutes. They needed to be flipped more often.

Chocolate Frosty

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2013
This makes a ton but is really yummy. I can actually get two or three batches of this from one mixture. Of course normally it is just my hunny and I. I think it tastes closer to a Friendly's Fribble but still amazing and hits the spot

Eggs Benedict

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2013
So I used the recipe and made these. I was not a fan but the recipe was good. I would suggest cutting back the lemon juice as it was way to lemony. Happy I can say I have made it but not my cup of tea

Kielbasa Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2013
This was rather strange. I actually like the flavor the kielbasa gave the sauce but I wasn't really a fan when I had to eat the meat. This was a super easy which I need on week night so I will probably make it again just for that reason. I might serve the meat on the side though instead of mixed in

Anthony's Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2013
Just wow. Talk about man food. I made exactly as stated except I used a can off diced tomatoes instead of fresh (what I had). I will totally be making this again with a few changes just to make it a bit easier. Fist thing I would recommend doing the chicken in more of a tender size over the breast size. I will cook the onions a bit before I add the tomatoes and bacon to it, they were a bit cruncher than we prefer. Other wise it was good to go.

Kristie's Chicken Spectacular

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2013
This was boring and sort of tasteless. I ended up pulling the cheese off and will just use the chicken in another recipe that calls for cooked chicken.
