My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook changes with the seasons or my moods. Currently salads have my interest - with bean in them. At the start of 2014 I began eating flexitarian style - that's semi-vegetarian - for heart health. I have found this change to be fairly easy, and I my testing is showing much improvement.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I was growing up we always made popcorn balls together as a family for Christmas. And with my own kids, we made frosted cookies for Santa on Christmas eve.
My cooking triumphs
The first Thanksgiving dinner that I made for my husband and I felt like an accomplishment because I had Never made a big dinner by myself before.
My cooking tragedies
Many, I'm sure, but I don't dwell on them.
