I love to cook and try new recipes. I can usually read a recipe to tell if the ingredients go well together.
I have been without my own kitchen for about two years, so I will be creating like crazy for quite a while. Sept. '10 Love a real stove/oven!

My favorite things to cook
Chicken Enchiladas -cannot find the right recipe,
Tacos, Sept '10- invented my own!
Lasagna, Sept '10- found out my blood type does not tolerate pasta...forget the lasagna.
Soups- involved soups, Stews, most anything that takes all day.

I used to think my mom was a great cook until I started cooking. Sept '10 Sorry Mom!
The only things that were outstanding that I recall, my grandmothers' cooked.

My cooking tragedies
There was one:
Chicken Caccitorre-not enough liquid.
I was 20.
