I love that my husband cooks for himself. It is great that he cooks every Saturday night. However, his knowlege and preferences for cooking can get in the way when I cook. An example is this morning when he wanted me to make his scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Got the first box of vegetables from my organic farm share today. Lots of leaf lettuce. Tuesday's recipe is for a raspberry dressing. Really enhances the subtle flavors of the lettuce.

I'm featuring an over the top recipe for some mondo scrambled eggs on my website. Serves 1 dad and teenage son or 6 regular people. Doesn't have quite as many ingredients as when dad makes them himself.
