I work 1-2 days a week at Sur La Table a culinary paridise. This helps support my habit. I love to cook for my family and friends. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about cooking.

Anything but liver!
I go with the seasons. I enjoy fresh garden vegetables in the spring and summer. In the Autumn and winter I use my Dutch oven for many things.

Having my boys and husband help when we make pizza.
When I make pasta sauce in the summer with the garden tomatoes. I make about 4 dozen jars to last the year.
My cooking triumphs
Having a recipe printed in a English cookbook sponsored by Princess Diana while I was living in England.
Competing in "Master Chef" Challenge with Gordon Ramsey made it to the third audition.
My cooking tragedies
Using Filo dough for the first time 22 years ago, I wrapped the chicken in the outer paper wrapping along with the pastry sheets. My husband got the prize!
