Chicken Nachos from Campbell's Kitchen

So easy! You can use any leftover chicken, just chop it finely! I added some extra chilpotle peppers because I had them on hand but that'll kick it up a notch!Recipe is wondefrul as is!

Emily's Pizza Burgers

Easy and very tasty! The only thing I'd change is add the sauce to the top of the burger and then melt the cheese to prevent soggy buns. Also works with jarred spaghetti sauce for a super quick lunch! Great creation, Emily! Thanks!

Over the Top Nachos

Easy and very filling! I also added some taco seasoning to the meat, pre-crisped the chips in the oven and then baked in the toaster oven. Make sure you wear gloves if you are dicing up fresh jalapenos....my hands are tingling right now because I forgot!

Best Unsteamed Shrimp

Easy easy! I really can't tell any difference by using the microwave as opposed to steaming on the stove. TIP: make sure you cover your bowl so that the butter down't splatter all over the microwave.

This is really tasty! You can use skim milk you'll just need to add a little more flour for your roux. Don't let this recipe intimidate you, its easy and great for leftover chicken!

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks

I added a few butterscotch chips because I saw others say it was tasty that way and I had them on hand. Topped them with a Georgia pecan half to dress them up a little bit. They were very easy and tasty!

Slow Cooker Ground Beef

I thought these are great! I did leave out the Slpenda, thinking that ketchup is so sweet anyhow. Worked great! I also made small homemade rolls...great for football games! I made this for my neighbors, both diabetic, but we both agree this recipe needs more Oomph.....maybe more garlic or some hot sauce. But this is a great recipe!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Always my favorite! Tried a few other recipes and always come back to this recipe that I grew up with. I do sub butter flavored shortening for half of the butter...they always come out PERFECT!

Homemade Horseradish

This was so GOOD! We were trying to be healthier this year at Thanksgiving so decided to make our own horseradish! Such an easy recipe....we mixed it with mayo for pork loin sandwiches and had to put a warning on it for the kidlets! It's potent but delishious!

Mexican Bride Cookies

These are super good cookies! I only baked for 12-15 minutes and they were brown on the bottom. The bake time of 30 minutes is way too long...they would burn. Shake in powdered sugar in a ziplock when still warm.....let cool, then shake them again in the powdered sugar to serve. These freeze easily. just thaw and re-shake in the powdered sugar. Chopped pecans or walnuts work! Really tasty cookie!

Beef and Bean Crescent Burritos

I used the FLAKY cresent rolls but I next time I'd used the regular ones. (they are great as rolls but a little greasy for this dish) This was tasty and quick! I had some taco shredded pork available and it works perfectly! These need to be eaten from the oven and great with salsa and sour cream!
