Sloppy Joe Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
We enjoyed this. I did use elbow macaroni and added some worcestershire sauce to the tomato mixture. I also used a bit more brown sugar than called for. I used a blend of cheddar cheeses. Turned out like an old-fashioned casserole, stretching 1 lb of hamburger to feed 6 or 8 with a nice serving.

Easy Guacamole

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2014
Delicious guacamole! I didn't have cilantro so searched for a recipe without it and this hit the spot. I'd make this again for sure. Very fresh and light.

Creamy and Tasty Eggnog Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2014
I'm not an eggnog fan so I cut the recipe in 1/2. I did use the white chips and it's definitely very "eggnoggy". The fudge isn't creamy, more crumbly but it worked for my hubs.

Italian Meatballs and Peppers by PAM®

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2014
For something so simple, it tasted wonderful! I used a can of Hunt's Meat Sauce and a can of diced tomatoes, 1 bell pepper and probably a pound of frozen meatballs. I also added a package of the thick sliced mushrooms. Cooked on hi for about 3 hours, low for 2. I made penne pasta and mixed it in. Fantastic flavor, just right for us.

Chocolate Rum Balls I

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
Very nice, this recipe is cut down to use 1 box of Nilla Wafers. I'm letting them sit a bit to see if they mellow a little. The rum is quite strong.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2014
Wow, I followed the recipe exactly, temp & time are spot on! I did not add the peanuts and it's a winner, winner.. !!! I used a paper grocery bag and it was so easy to mix the caramel over the popcorn. You do lose a bit of the caramel but it's easy peasy so it was worth it. I'll make this again for sure!

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2014
These are so beautiful but they are time consuming, for sure! I didn't have enough pineapple juice so I supplemented with water. I used pineapple tidbits and that worked out really well. I'm proud of myself for making these!

Pot Roast Dips

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2014
This was excellent! I didn't have the au jus packet so I used beef base and just sorta eyeballed it. I cooked on high about 4 hours, then on low for 2.. it broke apart and was so tender and flavorful. I made homemade ciabatta bread and it hit the spot! I'll make this again for sure.

Snow Flake Cocoa

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2014
Delicious. I used milk chocolate chips instead of the white chips and also cut the recipe in half. Easy and the taste was very nice.

Snickerdoodle Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2014
Delicious cookies and the ease of using the Reynolds Parchment paper made it so very easy. Didn't even have to wash the cookies sheets after.. just slid the paper off and it was clean! I didn't make sandwiches but just frosted each cookie on top. I did cut the cookie recipe in 1/2 and the frost recipe in 1/4 and there was still too much frosting for the 20 cookies. Can't imagine how much frosting they think you need for sandwich cookies. I'm glad I tried these! #AllstarsReynolds

Homemade Pancake Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2014
This was a nice treat. I did have to add quite a bit more water than 1 cup to make a pourable mix. The taste was good with peanut butter and syrup. Thanks for the recipe!

Breakfast Casserole III

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
Prefect breakfast this morning. I did halve the recipe. I like the idea of real potatoes so I nuked my 3 russet potatoes for 15 minutes. I then peeled and chopped and fried them up with the onion. I forgot the seasoned salt but just added salt at the table and it really filled us up! We won't have to eat until dinner time, and that works for me.

Easy Meatloaf

We didn't care for this taste of this, first time I've had to throw away the left overs. I'll go back the Brown Sugar Meatloaf.. it's a winner.

Golden Corral Seafood Salad

Excellent taste. I chopped the celery in a mini-chopper so it was tiny pieces and it tasted just like what you get in the restaurant.

Rich Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2014
Excellent gravy. I did have to add a bit more chicken base to get a good taste, but the roasting of the turkey pieces were perfect... I did also have to add a bit more flour to make it thicker. Good taste and I'll make it again.

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2014
Wow, just 2 ingredients made the best ham I've ever made. I bought my ham at Publix, their brand, and it only had 3% solution, so it wasn't salty at all but good flavor. The brown sugar was perfect.

Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2014
Perfect sweetness and the instructions were great to put the bowl & whip into the freezer. I used my KA and it was done in about 3-4 minutes. Perfect for my sweet potato pie and chocolate chess pie!
