This was actully pretty good except there was some spice in there that my hubs and I didn't like. I think the thyme was the culprit so that if I make this again, I'd leave that out. I did soak my chicken tenders in buttermilk, dipped in the flour, then in the egg, then back in the flour. Made a nice coating. I'd probably reduce the baking powder to 1 T next time too as the crust was quite "airy" and I wanted it to be more substantial. All in all, my picky hubby said it was a keeper.
