If you like steak, I would buy the thickest filet from your butcher and have him slice it into 2 pieces (this always seems to be the perfect amount). Pan sear it on the stove a couple minutes on each side for mid rare, longer if you want cooked more. Remember when you pull them off, they will… MORE

Football Chili
I recently changed this a little by adding a 28oz can of diced tomatoes as well as 3 hot and 3 mild italian sausage to add flavor. I did not drain the tomatoes. You can add cayenne or jalapenos as well if you like it really spicy.

The Ultimate Margarita
This was too tart for me. Try using silver tequila, fresh lime juice, Cointreau, amaretto and splash of OJ to soften the tart.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
I change this up just a little by adding olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I poke the loins with a fork and marinate at least a day before no more than 2 days. Then I keep the marinade and boil it to burn off any bacteria and glaze the loins on the grill. This is one of my favorite marinades for pork loins.
