About this Cook
I'm a sports nut who likes to cook & hates to clean. I've worked as a cook for a while a long time ago, now I do it for friends, fam, whoever, as long as they'll do the dishes.
My favorite things to cook
Flamethrower Chili. My own blend of ingredients that changes each time I make it. I really enjoy throwing a healthy touch to other recipes and can generally find a way to make anything fit my diet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't think I have any.
My cooking triumphs
?
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make lasagna during finals and fell asleep w/ it in the oven for a few hours. I woke up to a smoke alarm and a ruined dinner.

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops
Delicious marrinade on the chops. Adds a slightly sweet slightly salty slightly tangy taste to chops. I would use a nice thick cut chop for this and grill to med at about 6min per side on high heat.

Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf
Dang good. I used 1lb 90% ground beef & 1lb 99% ground turkey other than that I did it all as said in the recipe. Came out moist and delicious.

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce
Very good. Can lower the cal's a bit if you find some low fat coconut milk. I find a good peanut butter makes the addition of more peanuts uneeded.
