Started a business on the net when it was fresh and nobody really believed in the net yet, that was 15 years ago. I recently just turned 40 and because of my early success I have a great deal of time on my hands, what I LOVE to do more than anything is cook. I love making dishes and passing them over to the older neighbors. I love seeing peoples faces when you make that one dish that floors them. I love trying new things. You know, even if I was all alone I bet I would cook for 20, don't know what it is but it's my passion or in my blood. What makes it hard for me is that I cannot stand onions and so that eliminates a lot of foods that I can'tto try at get togethers. I want to be remembered by my cooking and I want my recipes to surpass my family to yours and so on. I don't care to be a Chef Ramsay but having a few traces to be remembered by would be good for me. I gotta warn I'm not that healthy cook, just a guy that prepares food the way I like it.
My favorite things to cook
Spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, homemade pizza, prime rib, baby back ribs, country bbq ribs, smoked beef brisket, broccoli cauliflower asparagus cheddar soup, mac n cheese.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Ham for Easter
Turkey for Thanksgiving
Prime Rib for Christmas
Sauerkraut, Pork, Hot Dogs, Kielbasa for Super Bowl
Pizza twice a week minimal
My cooking triumphs
Prime Rib is one I nailed, homemade pizza is the next. Pretty much anything I listed as my favor foods to cook are the ones I have down to my families liking.
My cooking tragedies
Smoking a beef brisket with instant light charcoal, wow did that taste nasty. In my defense it was the first time I ever used a smoker and the last time I used insta light charcoal. Dinner was on me that night and the boys rejoiced Mcdonalds, hmmm.
