Mom's Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
These are a classic! Growing up we always made our deviled eggs this way, except we sprinkled them w/ paprika on top instead of the relish...so yummy! Thanks for sharing. :)

Avocado Olive Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
This was a nice, different way to enjoy avocado! I used a mix of kalamata and green olives, in place of regular black olives, which gave this a nice tang. I had to omit the capers b/c I didn't have any, but the olives made up for the lost flavor. I also used white basalmic vinegar in place of regular. I would def make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Avocado Salsa and Sardine Frenchy

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
This was different and tasty! I only had oil packed sardines, so I used those, and salsa in place of the canned diced tomatoes. Really nice flavors, and the crunch from the toasted bread really gave this a nice texture. I would make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Spinach Alfredo Sauce (Better than Olive Garden®)

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
Made this for Recipe Group...I LOVE alfredo, and this was a great one! I used a bit more cream cheese and fresh spinach. I really liked the addition of the spinach for something different. I also liked that this wasn't quite as heavy as the usual alfredo. I will be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Hawaiian Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
I'm not big into turkey burgers, but I do LOVE burgers, so I thought I'd give these a go...I was pleasantly surprised! This was a nice combo of flavors and the sweet chili mayo really made this extra tasty. I was surpised when hubby said that he thought these were good too...I would make these again! Thanks for sahring. :)

Light Spaghetti Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
This was a nice, simple pasta salad, and we really enjoyed it! I don't ever have fat free dressing on hand, so I used regular. I only had about 8oz. of spaghetti, so I adjusted accordingly, still using one whole packet of the dry Italian dressing mix (I did omit the extra salt). At the very end, I mixed in a bit of grated Romano cheese, and that added a nice touch. I really liked that this only used a few staples that I always have on hand...I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Knife and Fork Grilled Caesar Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
This was fun, delicious and a great play on a caesar salad! I used 'The Last Caesar Salad Recipe You'll Ever Need' for the dressing, and I only had Italian bread, so I went with that. I wasn't sure hubby was gonna like grilled romaine, but he loved it...I will def be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Pineapple-Stuffed French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
Delicious! I did have to use canned pineapple, but I was sure to drain it well. I do have to admit that I did not bother measuring the cream cheese or pineapple, and just eyeballed it. Very tasty, warm and comforting...the chocolate was a nice addition at the end. This is a definite keeper~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

This was good, but we prefer the mushroom soup I usually make. This was really simple to make and had good flavor, though. Made exactly as written. Thanks for sahring. :)

Nobody's Blueberry Pig Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2013
This is a tasty salad! I forgot to add the feta until I started eating it, so that's why you can't see any in the pic, but I did add it and it really made the salad pop. The dressing is delicious! This was a nice change from the usual! Thanks for sharing. :)

Detroit Hot Honey Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2013
Awesomely great wings! I seasoned the wings w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne, and baked @ 425 degrees for about 40 mins. or so, until they were crispy. I did not baste them w/ the honey while they were cooking. I just mixed the sauce ingredients and tossed the wings in there once they were cooked, and set them back into the oven for a few minutes, so the sauce would get sticky...Perfect! The family RAVED over these...I will def be making these again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Broccoli Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2013
Very good! I halved the recipe, just to use it for a side dish, and added a little extra chicken broth at the end b/c it looked a bit dry. The flavors really get into the pasta and make a tasty dish. A nice, light, fresh tasting pasta. This was super simple to make too...I will be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. ;)

Buffalo Chicken Sausage and Pepper Sandwich

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2013
Perfect! I'm lucky enough to have a speciality grocery store that makes all different flavors of fresh chicken sausages, so I did use fresh buffalo chicken sausages, cooked them and kept them whole. Added in the peppers and onions, cooked those then added the buffalo sauce and heated through. I actually forgot to use the spinach (and I bought it too, lol), so I put the sausage on the toasted bun, topped w/ more buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, the peppers and onions and some crumbled blue cheese. These were so tasty, and hubby and the little guy absolutely LOVED them! A great twist on a sausage, peppers and onion sandwich. I will def be making these again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)
