Onion Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
Delicious! These were soft when I first formed them, but I did that earlier in the day and put them into the fridge until I was ready to cook them, which allowed them to firm up a bit and allowed the flavors to blend. These came out, very moist and juicy with great flavor. I will def be making these again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Homemade Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
Delicious! I put all of the ingredients into the bread machine and set it to the dough cycle. When it was complete, I proceeded with the rest of the recipe. I do agree with the others that said these are a bit on the big side. I think next time I'm gonna make 10 buns, and that should be the perfect size for us. As soon as hubby took his first bite he said I should make these every time we have burgers. These have a wonderful flavor and texture...A definite keeper~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Perfect Cut-Out Cookie Dough

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
These cookies are very good! I just picked up a few new cookie cutters and I wanted to 'test' them out. This recipe was perfect because besides being super simple to mix up, it makes a smaller batch, and that's just what I was looking for. These kept their shape well and have a great buttery flavor. They do sort of 'puff' a bit, but do not spread. The kids are really enjoying being the taste testers too! Though these will not replace my favorite cut-out cookie recipe, I will def be making them again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Jalapeno Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2013
Made these for Recipe Group...Delicious! The cheese sauce came out so smooth and creamy, and the heat from the jalapenos gave these just enough of a spicy kick. Hubby really raved over these, but I already knew he was gonna love them, lol. These are a definite keeper~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2013
These were great! Very simple to make and very tasty. The only change I made was to use only 1/2 cup chicken broth, and that was plenty. The kids LOVED these, so that makes them even more of a keeper! Thanks for sharing. :)

Asian Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2013
We thought this was delicious! It is a bit of a sweeter sauce, so be sure to keep that in mind. I used this for a dipping sauce for steamed buns, and that was a nice pairing. I will def be using this recipe again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2013
Made this for Recipe Group...Very good! I agree that the garlic could be reduced a bit, but other than that, this went great w/ our dinner tonight and couldn't have been easier. This would alos be great w/ parsley in place of the basil. I could not get a pic b/c of bad lighting, lol, but I will be sure to next time. I would make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Foreplay Pasta with Brie, Basil, and Garlic

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
Loved this! I cut the recipe down and used rotini pasta. I loved how the brie melted into the pasta. The whole family liked this, which was odd b/c I'm the only one that likes brie in the house. I will def be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Cheesy Zucchini Rice Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
This was good! I do think it could use some more seasonings...salt, pepper and garlic powder maybe. Also, I had to bake mine longer than stated, about 1 hour. This did make a nice side and is a great use of zucchini. I would make this again, with added seasonings. Thanks for sharing. :)

Kahlua® Brie

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2013
Delicious! I only had a little less than 1/2 of a wheel, so the cheese 'leaked' out, lol, but it was still fantastic...I will def be making this for the holidays~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Race Day Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
Great salsa! I used canned diced tomatoes, and instead of tomato juice, I just used the liquid from the tomatoes, which worked well. Only regular black beans on hand, so I used those. I had to use canned corn, so I dried it very well and sort of 'roasted' it in a pan (I know it's not the same, but it worked). Everyone really enjoyed this...I will def be making it again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Roast Beef Subs with Balsamic Onions and Brie Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2013
Delicious! LOVED the basalmic onions. I'm the only one that likes brie cheese, so I used that on mine and provolone on the guy's. I toasted my buns first and added a bit of mayo before serving. I will def be making these again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Teriyaki Cajun Style

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2013
These were very good! I did not add the extra salt, and they were fine that way. The flavors were nice, I just wish the seasoning didn't get so dark, it sorta gave them a bitter taste, but other than that the family really enjoyed them. I would make them again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Very good! I used buttermilk instead of regular milk. We really enjoyed the zing of the pepper flakes along with the subtle garlic flavor. These went great with our soup and salad tonight. I would make these again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Better than Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
Fantastic! I used spinach instead of kale b/c the family prefers it and cubed my potatoes instead of slicing them. Great flavor, and if you cook off the sausage mixture and bacon a head of time, this is a snap to put together. This is a definite keeper~YUM! Thanks for sharing. :)

Kahlua® Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2013
Delicious! I accidentally bought a 29oz. can of sweet potatoes, but I used the whole can anyways. These came out soooo good! LOVED the Kahlua flavor, which was not too strong, but just right! I had some heavy cream to use up, so I used that in place of the regular milk, ya know, to keep the calories low, lol. I will def be making this easy, yummy recipe again! Thanks for sharing. :)

Pancetta Tarragon Asparagus

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2013
Very good! I cut the recipe down and just sprinkled on the tarragon, to taste. Instead of cooking the pancetta in the oven, I just cooked it in the pan, added the evoo and the other ingredients, and cooked it up, which worked perfectly. This was a great way to 'dress up' asparagus, and I will be making it again! Thanks for sharing. :)
