Hi Everyone! My name is Christina and I live in Pittsburgh (born and raised here) with my husband, Jim (we have been married for 10 years), my son Gabriel (he is 6), and our twin baby girls born June 22, 2011, Abby and Ally. I love cooking and sharing recipes and have a pretty extensive cookbook/recipe collection. I think my love of cooking comes from my mom and dad. We are definately a family that loves to cook (AND EAT!). I also enjoy watching hockey, LET'S GO PENS!, walking, crocheting and doing crafts. I am looking forward to meeting alot of new people here, and sharing tips and ideas. EVERYTHING! I love trying new things and we are not a picky family, so anything goes! Just cook with love and patience. I am 1/2 Italian and 1/2 Lebanese, so we have tons of family traditions. When I was maybe 12 years old, I had a dinner party for some close neighbors and I made stuffed shrimp, homemade gnocchi with sauce, salad, homemade croissants and creme caramel for dessert. I was so proud of myself. When I cook and I can see the look of enjoyment on the people I am servings faces, that is a triumph all in itself. None that I can recall, LOL!
