Soft Sandwich Buns (Dough Hook Mixer Version)

I halved the sugar and they were still a bit sweet for sandwich buns. Would make perfect dinner rolls, though. I also omitted step 5, and they came out super soft, fluffy and delicious.

I used vanilla instead of anise and pulsed equal amounts of white chocolate chips and walnuts in my food processor before adding the dough. They were absolutely amazing!! I made half the batch without the walnuts and chips and they were boring by comparison, but the kids liked them dipped in hot cocoa. :o) They were perfect for Christmas morning!!!

Homemade Pancake Mix

I've been using this for a few months. It's just as good as - and considering the healthy factor, much better than - store bought pancake mix. My kids never even noticed a difference when I switched. I don't add the egg though, because we never use a full cup of mix at a time. I just mix a small bit of mix with milk till the batter consistency is right and pour on the griddle. Thanks for the great recipe!

Megan's Granola

Fantastic!!! This is the first granola I've ever made and I will probably be making it for many years to come. My husband begs me to make more so he can have it for breakfast everyday. I cut the sunflower seeds down by half (cause I ran out) and liked it better that way. I also added peanuts. The first time I made it, i couldn't find oat bran so I upped the wheat germ and oatmeal to compensate and didn't notice a difference. I will try another reviewers advice and use applesauce for half the oil next time. LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!!!

Happy Roast Chicken

Not being a fan of wine, mustard or lemons, I was skeptical. This turned out amazingly though! The flavor was delicious and if I didn't already know, I would have been hard pressed to specifically name the combination that created it. I made gravy from the drippings and there was a lemon tartness to it, but that was delicious too.

Classic Bran Muffins

These were fantastic! And thanks to the reviewer who recommended using Raisin Bran for the wheat bran, my kids loved picking out the raisins and then dumping them back in at the end. We all loved the "cereal muffins"!
