Lemon Pie Bars

LOVE these....so good!! The crust is crisp as is the edge. I add a little bit of lemon extract too....can't have too much lemon in my opinion! :)

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Really, really good! Moist, lemony, and the blueberries were incredible! Love this bread...it's a keeper! The only think I will change is the glaze on the top. I prefer a powdered sugar glaze.

Campfire Onions

These onions are scrumptious!!! I "like" grilled onions, but these....I "LOVE"!!! They are sweet, yet not too sweet. These onions would compliment just about anything cooked on the grill. I will be adding these to our weekly family cookouts!!

Marinated Cucumbers

We love cucumbers at our house. My husband isn't usually found of these kinds of "experiments" with cucumbers, but he likes this one quite a bit! I add a touch of Miracle Whip to this recipe to give it a little extra zing. Yum!

Southern Pecan Pie I

This pie turned out absolutely perfect!! I followed the recipe exactly and arranged the pecan on the pie in a circle pattern. It was to die for!!! Everyone raved about it!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

This marinade is delicious!! Instead of only marinating for an hour or so it turned into more like 24 hours due to a change in our plans. I was delighted that the marinade was so delicious. It literally turned our steaks into gourmet affair. I also sauteed some mushrooms and onions with the remaining marinade to go with the steaks. YUM!!!!

Pam's Summertime Sweet Burgers

I don't want to give these burgers a bad rating, but my family didn't care much for these. I thought they were very easy to make and were very moist, which is great. I was really looking forward to eating these as was my family. However, it was decided that they tasted an awful lot like meatloaf (something my husband is not fond of). I won't be making these again because of this reason. If you like meatloaf....you will enjoy these burgers a lot.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

The name says it all......This is the BEST carrot cake....EVER!!!!! I had rave reviews when I made this for my parent's 60th birthday celebration. It was absolutely incredible!! Very moist and decadent!
