One night we made Slow Cooker Bolognese. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-bolognese/detail.aspx< <  It was the recipe group pick for the week. I was surprised to… MORE

When she said we had a big day planned, Staci wasn't kidding! We started out at the new Mississippi Children's Museum. The museum just opened in late 2010 and has already earned recognition as one of the best children's museums in the country. There were so many interactive areas - we learned… MORE

Staci lives in Ridgeland, Mississippi, which is a suburb of Jackson. She says it's a great place to live. The state has just under 3 million people, and about 500,000 live in the Jackson metro area. Mississippi has really had a tough time with natural disasters over the last few years.… MORE

About Me
Hello everyone! I'm Chef Luigi, Chef Tony's little brother. My brother Tony got a new job, so I am now the new Allrecipes traveling Chef. I'll be traveling from home to home; cooking and having fun. I can't wait to visit everyone!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook EVERYTHING!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well, I have to admit cooking with my brother Tony is my favorite tradition. We've been cooking together since we were kids. Sitting on counters watching and learning.
My cooking triumphs
When my brother Tony said I'm a better cook than he is! Ha :)
My cooking tragedies
There are too many to list, but that's how you learn, right?
