We had a great afternoon at the Mississippi Palisades State Park. The weather was perfect and we had most of the park to ourselves. That's the Mississippi River! Amazing! I arrived safe and sound late last week here in Illinois. My host, CookinBug, tells me that I am so lucky to have my visit come at a time when the weather is absolutely lovely.
