Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Exellent pudding. The only thing I did different in the preperation was that I mixed the dry ingredience with 1/4 of the cold milk and then added it to the simmering milk while stirring

German Rye Bread

It was alright, because of the high rating I expected more. It is a good bread, and was easy to make. It has a very mild rye taste

The bread came out great, made it in 2 loaf pans. I didn't use an eggwash, just brushed it with water when I put it in the oven and brushed it twice more while baking, which gave it a great crunchy crust. Also did not put onions on top.

Made this today, first time followed the recipe exactly and I liked it very much. The second time I added sourdough starter to the recipe and loved it.
