Grill Master Chicken Wings

I hadn't printed off the recipe so I kind of "winged" it (horrible pun intended!) However, that just goes to show you how flexible this is, and that the combo of these flavors is fantastic. I used Sriacha instead of hot sauce, and I wouldn't change a thing!

Subbing what I had on hand (cream of chicken soup & a different kind of cheese, colby+monteray) I can pretty much guess that this recipe is delicious and FLEXIBLE! My boyfriend loved it.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

LOVED them. I made some strange-looking pretzels; couldn't really get the dough to cooperate. It was more of a pretzel bun, which made DELICIOUS sandwiches. Also dipped some in nacho cheese. :) Only thing I did different: I boiled them for 10 sec in the baking soda solution. I really wanted golden brown pretzels--that's exactly what I got!

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Delicious...made just as. Next time, I will sub either carmelized onions or my toasted onion powder for the onion soup mix--some of the dehydrated onion bits stayed crunchy. Gut-buster but very yummy!!!

Ham and Pineapple Kabobs

Made just as is, with the Island Fried Rice from this website; what a great combination! The glaze was the perfect mixture of tangy and sweet and complimented both the ham and the fruit beautifully! Only difference was using chunked fresh pineapple. Delicious. Can't wait to use this glaze on pork chops, perhaps with grilled pineapple on the side!

Made it as stated (except you gotta have fresh parm--makes allllll the difference!!! I also had to use chicken base.) and it was PHENOMENAL. Made it with ricotta gnocchi and crunchy garlic bread. NOM NOM NOM!

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings

Disclaimer: I did make a few changes because of my personal tastes. No corn but added peas. Also, instead of poultry seasoning I used garlic powder and Herbs de Provence (a homey soup!). And I only had 2 cups of half-and-half, so 1 cup was milk. But truuuuuuly delicious! Thank you for this recipe... it's a greatttt one!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

It's wonderful. I didn't add the hot pepper or minced garlic, I marinated the steaks for just over 24 hours... they were tender, flavorful, and my boyfriend declared them better than the $40 steaks we ate one (expensive) night on vacation. I'll make this OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Eager to try it with something else, too!

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

MMMMM! Flaky puff pastry, gooey melted cheese, and a wonderful combination of flavors. This is truly a dish that looks like you spent HOURS making... but it took just ten minutes! NOTE: I didn't marinate in the egg yolk; instead, I minced up three cloves of garlic, beat it into an entire egg, and soaked the chicken for just a couple minutes. I don't think the egg/garlic marinade could have possibly made this tastier! There's enough flavor as there is.

Tasty and easy...marinade was pretty delicious as well. I made it exactly according to the recipe and it was perfect--wouldn't change a thing. (I added the sugar, too...didn't even notice it!)
