Marzetti

Hubby and I really liked this recipe. I left out the onions and green peppers since neither of us care for them. I also added some garlic and extra cheese. Very good! Will be making again!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This was such a great recipe! I wasn't sure how I was going to like the lime juice in it, but it went perfectly with the other flavors. I can't wait to make this again!

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
These were definitely a hit at our house. I used medium sized raw shrimp and raw bacon...cut each slice of bacon in half. Had no problem with the bacon cooking up...it was perfect. I also sprinkled them with some garlic powder and brushed both sides with some BBQ sauce before grilling. Excellent!

Wow! This was some of the best Pork Tenderloin I've ever had. I marinated overnight and it was so tender when done baking. Definitely will become a regular meal in our house.

Gingered Garlic Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
One of my favorite Shrimp & Pasta dishes! I used a can of diced tomatoes since I didn't have any fresh, as well as dry herbs. Turned out great. Was even better the next day!

Really liked this recipe. I didn't use the onions or peppers on top, but still turned out great. I might add a little garlic the next time.

Kolaches From the Bread Machine

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2008
I made 2 batches of these this weekend and they turned out awesome! Just like my grandma used to make. I used poppyseed, cherry and apricot filling. They were so good, I had to hurry and stick them in the freezer so the hubby wouldn't eat them all! The only thing different i did was use regular milk instead of the powdered milk since I didn't have any.

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
Great recipe! Very easy to fix. The only thing I did differently was to use crumbled feta and real bacon bits. I mixed the bacon and feta together and put a heaping spoonful in the middle and folded the chicken breast over. Wonderful flavor and will definitely make again!

These were great and looked so pretty when finished! I did use olive oil instead of butter since I didn't have any. And changed up the spices a little. Very easy and would be very easy to change up every time using different spices!

This bread was wonderful! Hubby and I ate almost the entire loaf last night and I think I'm going to have to make another one tonight! Great recipe...only thing I did differently was to use whole wheat flour instead of bread flour since that was all I had. Definitely a keeper!
