Starkey's Mashed Potato Pizza

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I had my first dinner party not too long ago and kinda went off this recipie. Instead of spinich, i made a batch using green pepper in the filling and a batch using brocolli. It turned out very well and everyone seemed to really like it!

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli

Made this the other night and it was fantastic. The only thing I did differently was not use the pecans and I coated the entire thing in shake n bake.

Picante Beef Steaks with Sauteed Onions

Made this the other night and was a big hit with the family. After reading the recipe I thought it might be a little bland, so I fryed the beef with some Taco seasoning. I also sauteed bell peppers with the onions. Will be making this again!

Awesome Broccoli Marinara

I liked this. Was a great side dish and went really well on top of white rice. I thought there was a little too much tomato taste, but I believe I may have cooked it too long. Will most likely make again. Great way to spruce up broccoli.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

I made these last year and they were a HUGE hit. I used the Oregon brand canned cherries and I also made a batch with blue berries. The dough is hard to work with, especially if you are impatient like I am, but in the end they are very much worth the effort. They have been requested again this year, and I cannot refuse to deliver. These are great for the holidays!

Savory Crescent Chicken

Loved this! I made it twice within a week for two different groups, both of which were grunting in satisfaction when first tasting. I tried adding curry the second batch, and that made it even more amazing. Will absolutely be making this again.

Cookie Balls

I loved these, but I did kick it up a notch. Instead of the coating suggested, I melted marshmellows, rolled the cookie balls in it and tossed them in crushed graham crackers. A-MAZ-ING! Huge rave reviews from my coworkers when I whipped these up for our company potluck.

The Best Veggie Sandwich

I made this as a side dish for a chicken gnocchi soup, and it complemented the soup very well. I used french bread instead of English muffins, and mozzarella cheese. I'd make this again for entertaining, but not for myself.
