A Number One Egg Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2009
This bread came out so good. I cut the recipe in half and came out with a huge loaf. I don't know what I would have done if i made the whole thing. (baked in 2 batches?) I did let it rise an extra time, but it was soooooo good. I will defenitly make again. I used this bread in the baked french toast recipe and it's in the oven now yum!

Bada Bing Bada Banged Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2011
I scaled down this recipe for 4 but I should have doubled it! They were so good we were all fighting over the last of them. I didn't have any oregano so for the herbs I just used basil and italian seasoning because that what I had. I also didn't use the red pepper or the parsley but they were wonderful anyway!

I halved this recipe for 2 people. Though it made me 6 waffles. I used half WW flour and half AP flour. I also blended the oats to make the oat flour. They came out great and tasted healthy.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

This was great! I was out of chicken broth, so I used those cube things. I also didn't add the salt. I added green onion and some leftover pork I had on hand. I tickened it up before I added the egg.

Beer Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
I made my own self rising flour from this site. It was 3 cups flour and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder. I used a bud lite someone left at my house and I threw in a handful of cheddar cheese. I thought mine was a bit sweet and i only added a pinch more sugar, next time i might use a little less. This was nice and dense and moist. Delish!

Hash Brown Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This was soooo good! I did use tater tot crowns to line my pie plate and cooked those as directed on the package. They were great and I loved the flavor. I also added 2 more eggs for a total of 4 it was the perfect amount for my pie plate but I did have to cook it an aditional 15 minutes. Depending on how salty your ham is you migh not want to add any salt to the eggs. I also added soe green onions for color.

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
My husband was a huge fan and asked if I would make these for dinner more often. I used turkey pepperoni, u can't tell the difference and it is less greasy. I also filled ours with what we liked and what we had on hand. very versitle recipe. I did have to cook mine for 20 minutes though. The second time I made thses I used aluminum foil that I forgot to greese and they stuck very badly.

I didn't have the parsley flakes or the oregano, so I used 3/4 tablespoon dried italian seasoning because that was all I had. It was good and went very well with pasta.
