Tiramisu Layer Cake
I've rated this before and raved about it then. I'm back to offer a new twist (if it hasn't been offered already). This recipe in the form of cupcakes is AWESOME. I made them, jumbo-sized, and took them to work one day...everyone loved them! Instead of dividing the batter into thirds, I divided it in half. I'm not sure how much instant coffee I used, but it was at least 2-3 tablespoons. I filled foil cups, alternating between the two flavors of batter, baked as instructed and then allowed them to cool. I used a serrated knife to cut a cone shape out of the top of my cupcake, poured in a bit of coffee, added a spoonful of filling, and then re-placed the cone and topped them each with the whipped topping. Oh, and the final touch? Mini chocolate chips!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
This recipe is fantastic...a new favorite! I thought this would be a great way to try out our new food/rice steamer. This is now part of our regular "easy meal" rotation. Making and using the sauce, as written, we use broccoli, carrots, squash, snow peas and/or whatever other vegetables we have lying around and serve over steamed rice. Delicious. With this, I might just bring the husband over to my side - the side where meat isn't essential for EVERY meal :)

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
This is probably one of the most delicious, yet SIMPLE, recipes that I've tried in a while. I do suppose it helps that I have this insane obsession with all things raspberry, but everything about these bars turned out wonderfully. My fiance, who tends to be a bit more conservative in his baked-goods consumption, devoured these bars in no time! Thanks for sharing, Marbalet :)
