Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2010
I followed the recipe exactly and ending up running out of tortillas before I had run out of cheese mix and there was not enough beef either. Next time I'll cut down on the soup and add an extra pound of beef. Other than that, it turned out pretty well. I used Hot Rotel instead of the salsa.

Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
I loooove this recipe! I've been using it for Thanksgiving and Christmas for the past 2 years and even the pickiest eaters love this recipe! I usually leave the fried onions off to the side and let the people who want them have them since I don't like them.

Easy Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2012
I made this last night and it was a hit! I used instant mashed potatoes instead of making my own to save time and they worked very well! Next time I'm adding a little more spice to it and it was just a bit bland, but overall I love this recipe!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2012
Made this for the first time today and accidentally quadrupled the recipe once I got to the teaspoon measurements (don't ask) so I upped everything else to match and made taco meat with about a tbsp and 1/2 and there was nothing left! I did tweak it a bit and used a salt substitute but once the tortillas, cheese and everything else was combined I was blown away! I'll never buy a sodium packed packet again! Thanks for posting this!!

Honey-Glazed Chinese Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2014
Made this for dinner for myself and my hubby who doesn't like dark meat chicken. I skipped the green onion and opted for fresh garlic cloves in the marinade and used agave nectar in place of honey since that's what I had on hand. I cooked it with the marinade still in the pan and basted and turned it. Cooked it at 375° and then 400° for the last 10 minutes. It came out really good. The skin was mushy, but that's ok, we just pulled it off. The meat almost fell off the bone! Hubby ate it and actually complimented it! Will be making this again as it was so easy!
