Apple Cranberry Cobbler

Outstanding! I used dried cranberries instead of fresh or frozen and had it warm with vanilla ice cream. Thank you for sharing. This is a definite keeper!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Cherry Crunch

Very good, although I think it needs both more crust and more pie filling. I doubled the crust on this (my first attempt), and next time I will use two cans of pie filling. Overall very good and easy.

French Onion Soup III

This is the best French onion soup my hubby and I have ever had. What's even better was how simple it was! I used slices of toasted Italian bread covered with garlic in the soup, and used a shredded "Italian cheese blend" instead of swiss. It was fantastic, and I will definitely make it again!

Bean and Kale Ragu

I don't know if I did something wrong, but my husband and I found this to be very very bland. I used chicken broth instead of water, as per other suggestions, wine, and even added extra Italian seasoning in addition to the recommended seasoning. It wasn't -bad-, it just had very little flavor, even with the additions. We won't be making this again.

Tortellini Soup

Very good recipe. I followed other suggestions and added minced onion, basil, oregano and parsley. I used frozen spinach, and also added a frozen cauliflower/zucchini/lima bean mixture. Served it with The Italian Bread for Bread Machines recipe on this website and it was great! Thanks for sharing.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Instead of pre-baking, I cubed the raw chicken and cooked it in the skillet with the sauce, then I poured it into the baking dish. We ate it with penne. Next time, I'll use a little less Italian seasoning. Other than that, it was great. Thanks for sharing!

Southern Turnip Supreme

Subbed pepperjack for cheddar, and used chicken bullion instead of veggie (didn't have veggie on hand). This was my first time trying turnips and both my husband and I loved it! We'll definitely make this again.

Pumpkin Cake III

Absolutely fantastic. The only change I made was to add 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice to the flour mixture. I frosted it with the cream cheese II frosting recipe, and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing!

No Bake Lime Mousse Torte

Twice as good after being frozen, but I honestly thought this was more work than regular cheesecake. It's good for when you don't have time to bake and cool a cheesecake though.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Great cookies with a nice amount of spice. As per recommendations, I used orange juice instead of water. I also used a small ice cream scoop to shape them- scooped up the amount I wanted, dropped it into the sugar and rolled- very little hassle or mess, and I didn't refrigerate the dough. This recipe is a keeper.

London Broil II

Amazing! The only change I made was to add a couple of shakes of Worchestershire sauce to the marinade. Marinated it for ~6 hours, and grilled it to medium. It was extremely juicy and the flavor was outstanding! This is a real keeper!
